Below you will find information about pricing and billing at Millpondfarms.com.
Go to your Account Page and click on the Order tab.
Here you can view the date, total and the state of the order.
Click on the order number to view the order details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds. You must make a request to cancel 48 hours prior to the END of your billing cycle. Otherwise you will be billed for another billing cycle.
Once canceled your subscription stops at the end of your billing cycle and you will have access to your inventory until the end of your billing period.

Steps to Cancel:
To cancel your subscription please send us an email.
You must send an email from the same email account used when you registered. | Send Email to Cancel Account

When your billing period ends you no longer have a Subscription at Millpondfarms.com but you are still a Registered User without access to your inventory. You may resubscribe at any time by logging in and going to your Account Page. You may also click on the link Subscribe to Create an Account.

We do NOT delete your inventory. We keep your inventory for 6 months. If you re-subscribe you will once again see the inventory items you entered into the system.

To View Your End of Billing Cycle Date:
From your Account Page click on the Subscription tab. There you will see the end date.
To update your payment details go to your Account Page and click on the Payment tab.
You can Add a New Payment Method and delete the current payment method.
We try three times to charge your credit card.
If the initial attempt fails, we retry after 1 day.
If the first retry fails, we retry after 3 days.
If the second retry fails, we retry after 5 days.
After the final retry we Cancel the subscription which is (non-reversible).
