Getting Started:
Make sure you turn on your Email and Text Alerts before entering data. You do that by clicking the Blue Button Above (Manage Your Email & Text Alerts).

You must create Storage Locations and Stores before entering a Product Item in order to see them in the form select lists. For Product Items you can enter as little or as much information as you want. Our Inventory System is more beneficial to you when you add the details.

Purchasing items in bulk is a fairly new concept. Most of us find ourselves storing items in unusual places out of direct eyesight. I store bulk items in my office basement, bedroom closet, garage and garden room. So it's hard to remember how much of any bulk item I have at a time.

Our Inventory System at Millpondfarms.com is a great way to keep track of items.

Not all items have an expiration date such as toilet paper but it's super important to use our system when an item has an expiration date. Otherwise, you've wasted all of the time and money you spent acquiring that item. There is nothing worse than grabbing a can of baked beans from storage only to find out it's expired.

With our system you will receive an email alert when the item is about to expire. You can choose from 1 day, 1 week or 1 month before expiration.

Custom Storage Locations

I use your system to keep track of the items I purchase at Cosco. I keep all of my Household Items such as toilet paper and paper towels in the garage. It's nice to quickly look it up online to see what I have left!
